  • Got something you no longer need? Don't send it to Landfill, give it away!
  • Recycle4Free is here to help Re-Users meet to exchange item's that would normally end up in Landfill.
  • Whether it's a sofa, a washing machine, guitar, or an old pile of bricks simply send an e-mail offering it to members of Recycle4Free.
  • Recycle4Free will prove an invaluable resource for everybody who wishes to Reduce, Re-use and Recycle.
  • Maybe you're looking for something yourself, respond to a member's offer, and you just might get it.
  • After that, it's up to the person offering to decide who receives the gift and to set up a pick up time for passing on the item.
  • Everything posted must be free, legal, and appropriate for all ages.
  • Unlike other Recycling Groups we aim to have a Group for every Town, this way wasting resources to collect or deliver items will be cut down and it will hopefully bring local Communities just that little bit closer together.
  • Don't forget to Tell all your Friends and Family about Recycle 4 Free.

Please note we are not www.recycle4free.net, we do not collect ewaste from your business.

The 16th of January 2012 saw the launch of the new style Recycle4Free utilising a forum set up to aid us all in keeping useful items out of landfill, now you would think that anybody with a similar ethos would accept the idea that if we all pull together it might just work, wrong, the egotistical minions Freegle have running their groups do not see it the same way.

I openly approached one local Group which I thought was run by a local man (seems he does not run things and has to ask permission from a Freegle moderator before he can do anything) to see if he would allow me to inform the members of the new idea, bad mistake on my part, within an hour I was banned from the Freegle group, just in case I posted the message without permission, it would seem Freegle are no better than Freecycle, I thought it was supposed to be all about the Environment and not about Ego's?

Onward and upward.

Keep on Reducing, Reusing and Recycling. Laughing
